Training to install(2options):
A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using or adjusting.
B. You can come to factory for training. We will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility,we will also provide accomadation during training period.Training Time: 2 working days.
Guarantee of quality and after service
The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of your destination. Except the damage artificially ,we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, in any case ,we need that you send the damaged fittings by courier with your charge if we need it for repair or back up ,we will send you the alternative fittings at the first time you need it. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any, shall be paid.
